Interests and Destinations (I&D) Learner Form
Print out the Learner Form and share with your learners. Once completed, their responses can be recorded in Compass+ via their individual learner profile. If your setting’s MIS isn’t connected to Compass+, securely store completed forms in line with your data protection procedure, or transfer responses to whatever system your setting uses to centrally record learner information.
Leaver Survey
Use the Leaver Survey to support personal guidance meetings and careers conversations with learners. Gain learners consent to track destination data once they have left your education setting.
