Central Strategic Careers Leadership (CSCL): Developing approaches to the strategic leadership of careers across trust

This resource has been collated by Green Corridor College to support understanding around jobs for young people in SEND group 1 and is part of the My Skills My Future programme.

This report builds on the national results from the State of the Nation Report 2019 with additional analysis of the Compass data for colleges specifically, to provide Careers Leaders, college leaders and their external partners with the insights needed to make further progress.

The Expanded Framework breaks progression down, placing three simple Stepping Stones between Steps give more extensive scaffolding. The Stepping Stones can be recorded on our assessment tool, too.
