Skills Builder Expanded Universal Framework for learners with additional needs

This resource has been collated by Green Corridor College to support understanding around jobs for young people in SEND group 1 and is part of the My Skills My Future programme.

AutonoMe uses the power of personalised human support combined with technology to enable neurodiverse people and those with learning disabilities to gain employment and develop skills for independent living.

Developed by Black Country Careers Hub. Here are three resources to support a mainstream setting to audit their careers offer for SEND pupils. Create a SWOT analysis based on the audit, then plan pupil centred interventions to meet the needs of individual pupils.

The Skills Builder Inclusive Learning Resource Pack provides an overview of resources and activities to explicitly identify, build and reflect upon essential skill development.  The pack is to be used by educators and facilitators to support all learners, including those with additional needs.
