Understanding of Career and Labour Market Information

Make sure all learners, parents and carers, teachers and staff have access to current, reliable information about career pathways and study options, as well as labour market information. Free Online CPD

Access the free online Career Leader induction module, which includes a section for Careers Leaders on Labour Market Information and Pathways, via The Careers & Enterprise Academy. In addition there are courses to support your SENCOs and SEND teams, teachers and wider education workforce. 

Parental Engagment

Actively involve parents and carers in the career learning process by providing accessible, clear and supportive guidance on how they can use labour market information to support their child’s career decisions.
