Make Apprenticeships and Technical Education Part of the Conversation

Resource

For parents and carers to develop a better understanding of ATE, schools, special schools and colleges can provide clear and accessible information, support and opportunities for conversations.  It is key that this is done in a manner that ensures that ATE pathways are not dismissed when they are supporting their child with decision-making about options.  We have a role in making ATE part of the conversation and empowering parents and carers to support their child to make the right choices for them.

This guide, video and resource pack is designed to help you achieve this goal with strategic impact in mind.  It will encourage you to reflect on your current approach to parent and carer engagement with ATE and inspire you to build in or maximise opportunities to make ATE part of the conversation within your setting.

MORE COMING in January 2025!
