IncludED was founded by a SEND Career and education specialist with extensive experience across special schools, mainstream, FE and careers hubs. Our mission is to provide practical, inclusive resources, training, and employer partnerships that make careers education more accessible, engaging, and impactful.
We work with schools, colleges, local authorities, combined authorities, and employers to design tailored programmes that support every learner to build confidence, skills, and aspirations for adulthood.
IncludED have created a series of resources to support equalex including;
- equalex Planning Grid (Free Resource): A curriculum tool breaking down equalex learner outcomes into simple, inclusive objectives with ready-to-use activity ideas for SEND learners.
- equalex Employer Resource: A practical guide for employers to align placements and workplace activities with equalex, ensuring young people with SEND can evidence skills and progress.
- equalex Special School Resource: A SEND-friendly framework with activity suggestions and progression pathways to help schools confidently deliver equalex across all key stages.
