The CDI Professional Standards Committee has developed this framework and guidance for the quality assurance of career development interventions. The framework is useful if you’re a career development professional and it is ideal if you carry out one-to-one interventions with clients because it has been developed principally for use with young people in school/college.
Top tips
- This resource is particularly useful for those professionals who are working in schools/colleges and hold – or are working towards – the Quality in Careers Standard (QiCS).
- The framework is useful where quality checks of interventions is a requirement.
