- Bespoke Online Careers Programme: A tailored, online careers curriculum designed by SEND experts, focusing on neuro-affirming, strengths-based learning. It covers key CEIAG topics such as recognising personal skills, understanding job adverts, creating a CV, and interview preparation.
- An AI enabled platform App specifically designed for young people with SEND. It provides full LMI, post 16 choices and employment opportunities. It is easily accessed and all information returned at an appropriate reading level.
- Termly Events Programme: A series of online events providing meaningful, real-life encounters in a safe and supported environment. This ensures SEND students and remote learners can engage with new people in a way that suits their needs.
- Direct Messaging Service: A dedicated service allowing young people to access their careers advisor throughout the year for guidance and support. Advisors also proactively share relevant opportunities and offer encouragement when needed.
