Talentino!
Talentino programmes have been helping to improve career outcomes for young people with a range of learning difficulties in a mixture of settings – special schools, mainstream schools, AP, PRU, SEMH, etc.
They also provide great opportunities for learning more, through their regular newsletters, annual SEND Careers Conference, and by publishing free resources.
Routes of Entry into Construction
A guide, published by Build UK, setting out the most common routes of entry into construction for young people in England leaving school, including apprenticeships, T Levels and degrees, and how they might suit different employers.
FES Connect Activity
‘FES Connect’ is a national community for Post 16 careers leaders and practitioners, supporting development and sharing of best practice to ensure every learner is supported to find their next best step.
An opportunity to share examples of what's working well across the country in careers education via online seminars, newsletters showcasing best practice and an FES Connect chat board.

Quality in Careers Standard – school and college case studies
Despite the impact of the pandemic on school and college life, Quality in Careers has seen continued commitment to quality assured careers support by many schools and colleges. To support this, 38 case studies aimed at schools and colleges, covering regions across England are available for free on the Quality in Careers website.
National Careers Service
The National Careers Service provides high quality, free and impartial careers advice, information and guidance. The service is available all year round to anyone aged 13+ no matter what stage of the careers journey they are at.
Talking Futures: Signposting resources for staff
This resource informs staff about where they can send parents to get information about different pathways and could be housed on your staff intranet for easy access.

The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) have developed a series of guides to support professionals working with children and young people, with the aim of improving their financial wellbeing through good quality financial education.

AutonoMe uses the power of personalised human support combined with technology to enable neurodiverse people and those with learning disabilities to gain employment and develop skills for independent living.
