AutonoMe Supported Employment and Independent Living
We’ve worked hard to create a support programme which is deliverable and enables people receiving our support to achieve their outcomes. We provide a Development Coordinator (industry expert) alongside our library of easy step-by-step instructional videos to support the learner to progress towards their outcomes and tailor our support to their needs and goals. Our Development Coordinators also provide training to support staff and employers on our supported employment programme to make sure everyone involved is working together in support of the learner.
AutonoMe provides a wrap-around employment programme that can also complement existing employment pathways and programmes to deliver better outcomes. Human support combined with technology accelerates skill development and supports both employees and their employers to overcome barriers; giving them the best chance of gaining and sustaining paid employment.
Independent Living Programme: AutonoMe blends human support and technology to help neurodiverse people and those with learning disabilities live, develop and maintain their independent living skills. Our programme is tailored to the learner's goals and ambitions to help them, over time, achieve their aspirations.
