Students will consider how amazing the human body is and look at how it could be adapted. The activities explore how science and engineering can be used to augment humans, from using nutrition to improve brain functionality to exploring wing designs to make humans fly.
Animal Adaptations - STEM subject activities
Animal Adaptions is a collection of practical STEM subject activities linked to employability skills.
Pupils look at how animals have adapted to cope with all sorts of conditions. They explore communication strategies, travel, camouflage and life in challenging settings, and look at the way humans can learn from animals.

Students will consider how humans have transformed the world around them and what the future might hold for the planet Earth and the people who inhabit it. Discovering how new technology and innovations could improve the quality of our lives as well as the world we live in. From creating a game to save water at home, to investigating how we can use our living space more efficiently.
