This resource is designed to support Careers Leaders and other staff involved in the transition process from Key Stage 2 into Key Stage 3, exploring opportunities to embed careers activities and parental engagement across the full range of transition opportunities.

It takes you through the three phases:

  1. Decision making (Y4,5,6) while children and parents /carers are still considering their options
  2. Decision made (Y6) once the children have been allocated their secondary school
  3. Started (Y7) once the children have started their secondary school.

This resource is an employability and further education advice pack for young people and parents. The pack is produced in both English and Roma languages. The pack is focussed on opportunities in Sheffield and the surrounding areas but has elements which are universal across all areas. The pack has been designed to be accessible to people with SEN.

Your Money Matters

Developed by Young Money (part of Young Enterprise) this resource has been designed for use with young people age 14 – 16 in England and covers topics including spending and saving, borrowing, debt, insurance, student finance & future planning. 

Funded by Martin Lewis, founder of MoneySavingExpert.com, this curriculum mapped textbook was sent to state funded English secondary schools in late 2018. Young Money (part of Young Enterprise) have now released an updated July 2021 Edition for England, which you can access here.
