World class careers education doesn’t exist without the input and insight from industry leaders. This resource looks at the ways in which Careers Leaders and Enterprise Advisers can work together to ensure careers education is reflective of the fast-changing labour market.

This paper summarises the research on three forms of work related learning: work experience placements, job shadowing and workplace visits, showcasing the effectiveness of these activities and highlighting examples of best practice.

The Advanced Mathematics Support Programme (AMSP) have created a suite of resources, enabling Maths teachers to link curriculum learning to careers. Included is an exciting set of videos, which showcase the maths elements in different careers. Each video is paired with a related activity, for students to get a real taste of what the career may entail.
