Xello
Xello is designed to allow students to understand who they are, explore their options and develop plans for future success. It supports all the Gatsby Benchmarks in some way, but mainly GM 1, 2 3 & 8. The Real Game is coming back, and will be a part of Xello, teaching students financial literacy and real life skills.
Students can log and reflect on encounters with employers, FE and HE providers and educators can report on this as well as pull a specific Compass+ report to be uploaded to their Compass+ account. Crucially, in light of the refined benchmarks, Xello's parent portal allows for parents to have an in-depth view of all the exploration, applications and plans students are logging in Xello, as well as any events they have attended or expressed interest in, such as WEX and Careers Fairs.
In addition to the student application and educator tool for experience management and reports, Careers Leaders can access Xello's support page which houses a wealth of resources, guides and videos to help schools and colleges use Xello to support their careers programme.
