Green Jobs Webinar
This employer facing webinar was the fourth in a series of peer learning events for Cornerstone Employers, Enterprise Advisers, and other interested employers. Green Jobs are key to post-pandemic economic recovery and achieving net zero targets.
Immerse Education
Immerse Education offers two week programmes in academic subject development with tutors from the University of Oxford and Cambridge. These take place as a residential programme in July and August, with accommodation provided at the universities, and a full programme of support academic and social activities.
There are also options to take part virtually, with an Online Academic Insights programme that runs for two weeks in December, April and throughout July and August. Although this is a fee-paying programme, we have bursaries available, and offer scholarships based on an essay competition open to all students aged 13-18.
In Apprenticeships – Free Online Course
Created in partnership with The Careers & Enterprise Company, #InApprenticeships is a free online course supporting young people currently in apprenticeships. Apprentices can complete this standalone course to build confidence and understanding during their career journey.
My Skills My Future
This programme has been collated from resources across our partners and network to support young people with SEND under the 2 groups identified in the SEND toolkit. It contains lessons around employability skill development , employer projects and engagement videos all to support young people in their next steps.
Online modules - Careers Leader Induction
FREE online learning module
Ideal for those new to role, this module is designed to provide a foundation knowledge and understanding of key elements of careers leadership
Passport to Hospitality
Developed by Inspiring Worcestershire. Passport to Hospitality has been designed with the student’s progression at the forefront. This brilliant project will take students on a tour around the Hospitality industry, learning about not only what services are classed as hospitality, it's history but what careers and entry level roles are available within the sector.
