Evaluation Guide for Careers Activities and Programmes

These posters show potential pathways for young people at the age of 16.  Developed with the support of the Birmingham SEND Careers Hub the posters are relevant for those typically not likely to take GCSE (Career Group 1) and those typically likely (Career Group 2). 

This resource has been developed by colleagues in Liverpool City Region Careers Hub to support CPD to Careers Leaders on all elements of BM1.

Parents and carers play an important part in the careers and education choices of young people. The Gatsby Foundation and The Careers and Enterprise Company have worked with Careers Leaders to explore ideas and good practice for working with parents in these challenging times.

The government's Careers Strategy means that all schools and colleges should have a named Careers Leader in place by September 2018. This guide for colleges explains what careers leadership in colleges looks like and how it could be led and managed within your college.
