This resource is a set of employability films for young people and parents. The films are focussed on opportunities in Sheffield and the surrounding areas but have elements which are universal across all areas.

A careers resource package, featuring videos from a broad range of people working in the space sector along with PowerPoint presentation, teacher resources, student worksheet and ideas for hosting a mini careers event.
Fulfilling Futures
Developed in collaboration by Complete Careers LLP and Greenwood Academies Trust.
This resource is to help learners to prepare for the challenge ahead from education to employment in a competitive job market. This is primarily an information resource with links to activities, videos, and further reading. It has skills and activities logs, a checklist, and an action plan at the end of the resource to record progress. It is designed for independent use either in school or at home.
Futurum Careers: Online Resource and Magazine
Futurum Careers is a free online resource and magazine aimed at introducing 14-19-year-olds worldwide to the world of work in STEM (science, tech, engineering, maths, medicine) and SHAPE (social sciences, humanities and the arts for people and the economy). We collaborate with academics all over the world and translate their research into education and careers resources that can be used in the classroom, at home and in STEM and SHAPE clubs.
Get Ahead and Disabled Apprentice Network
Get Ahead is a toolkit and resource co-produced with and for disabled young people. The newsletters and magazines will help you navigate the wide range of information and resources that are available in post-16 education, training, and work. It is a platform where young people can have their voice heard and share the many talents they have.
Get Set Progress - Internship Programme
Get Set Progress run by Thomas Pocklington Trust (TPT), provides paid internships for blind and partially sighted people (over the age of 18) to secure that first run on the career ladder or who are returning to work following a career break.
Home Education UK - Free Resources
Youth Employment UK have developed a suite of free careers resources for home educated students in the UK. These courses do not assume or expect learning to be curriculum-based. They aim to focus on creative positivity, agency, and wellbeing when it comes to exploring skills, strengths and possible future steps.
Inspire Programme

The Inspire Programme provides activities and resources to support teachers and advisers in working towards the Gatsby benchmarks. This programme of presentations, workshops and activities is designed to inspire students to progress and succeed in higher education.
Intern Video Resource
The Careers & Enterprise Company hosted two students from School21 as interns as part of the Real World Learning Programme. As the first ever year 10 interns, Adil and Uyiosa bring to you their video resource on what young people want to know learn and experience when transitioning from education to the world of work.
InterviewBot
InterviewBot is an automated interview practice resource for schools and colleges, using real life avatars as interviewers. This resource prepares students for their first real life interviews but does so in a safe environment where they can grow their confidence.
