The Careers & Enterprise Company hosted two students from School21 as interns as part of the Real World Learning Programme. As the first ever year 10 interns, Adil and Uyiosa bring to you their video resource on what young people want to know learn and experience when transitioning from education to the world of work.

The project ran over a 12 week period. The interns worked as members of the Education Development Team. Their driving question was:
What do young people want to learn, know and experience to support them to successfully transition from education to the world of work?
They took part in the following activities to;
- Research
- Action planning
- Project management
- Creating and design within an educational and digital landscape
- Reflection and evaluation.
This resource is helpful for young people who are ready to take the next big step in life but are just lacking the knowledge and expertise to get started. Hopefully this will give young people the insight that there is always a pathway available to them.
