The Fledglink app is a helpful and supportive digital platform for young people as they journey through the final years of education and into work. Through the app students can:

- Build up their presence and get feedback on their top qualities from friends and peers
- Learn about their most valuable skills and character traits, as well as areas which they could improve
- Go through a full personality test to learn about themselves
- Get access to exclusive tools, tips and resources.

- Find up-to-date career and labour market information in the careers and learn sections of the app, and via the personalised career discovery feed.
- Students can use the app to find work opportunities, including work experience, internships, apprenticeships and school leaver jobs.
