Developed from the original Toolkit from the Gatsby Foundation, this toolkit is based on research exploring how institutions can best support parents to help young people make informed careers and education decisions. It includes colour coded identifiers to help you find the right support, wherever you are on your parental engagement journey.
Talking Futures: Whole-staff CPD session
A two-part session to train all staff in parental engagement in careers and to get staff to work with parents directly to find out what they need.
This editable training presentation can be delivered during an INSET or other CPD session to upskill all staff.
