Technology is a fast-moving area in both education and the workplace. This is particularly true for CYP and adults who have a vision impairment. The world of technology opens up a host of possibilities for them to be able to engage with others both in education and in the workplace.
Vision impairment is a low incidence disability and as such knowledge and information may be more limited. Understanding how technology can open up opportunities for CYP with a vision impairment will ensure that professionals working with them have a wider knowledge of how barriers can be overcome.
