This is a costed resource with possible funding streams identified.

A teacher encounter provides an opportunity for teachers to engage directly with employers to see and learn about the different career pathways relevant to their subjects, and to observe how their subject is applied practically in business.

Get Set Progress run by Thomas Pocklington Trust (TPT), provides paid internships for blind and partially sighted people (over the age of 18) to secure that first run on the career ladder or who are returning to work following a career break.

Developed in partnership with Careermap, these resources contain all the information employers need to offer experiences of the workplace to young people.

Resources include a webinar and slide deck to support employer understanding.

This Employer Prospectus was developed by Featherstone High School to give employers and education/training providers an overview of opportunities for engagement in the upcoming academic year.

The Employer Prospectus is uploaded to the school's dedicated careers webpage, and printed copies are also distributed after events at the school.
