Parents and carers play an important part in the careers and education choices of young people. The Gatsby Foundation and The Careers and Enterprise Company have worked with Careers Leaders to explore ideas and good practice for working with parents in these challenging times.

Resources for employers to access a single source of truth which makes the education and skills landscape easier to navigate.

Case study from the Coast to Capital Careers Hub – sheds light on a recent group activity on Vocational pathways undertaken with Thakeham Homes, British Airways, Gatwick Airport, Unilever, Atkins, Honeywell, Thales, NHS, Fidelity International and ITV.

The Black Country Careers Hub have developed a number of resources to support those working with young people with SEND in the different settings.  Many of these resources are featured in the My Skills My Future programme. 

The following webinars have been created to support Careers Leaders to create a strategic careers plan and build a progressive careers programme.

The webinars should be used in conjunction with the Strategic Carers Plan and Building a Stable and Progressive Careers Programme guidance documents.

This is a template resource that can be adapted locally to help Careers Hub support their institutions to prepare for an ITP encounter.
