This is a quick reference guidance document to support Careers Leaders with collecting and reviewing impact evidence. This links with collecting and reviewing impact evidence to inform strategic careers planning and impact evaluation of careers provision.

Compass is a free digital product that helps you quickly and easily evaluate your careers provision against the eight Gatsby Benchmarks. 

Compass is available to secondary schools, special schools, sixth forms, colleges, PRU’s and ITPs in England.

Learn about successful Cornerstone Employer Groups – how they work and what they have achieved. This resource includes a variety of case studies from some of our regional Careers Hubs.

Funded by DCMS and led by industry, the Discover Creative Careers website is an online portal packed with information, resources and events to help young people explore roles in the creative industries. Starting with an interactive careers finder tool connecting to more than 520 job profiles and an opportunity directory of events, resources, skills competitions, virtual work experience and more.

This resource developed by DPD is part of the My Skills My Future programme and is aimed at SEND group 1 young people.
