Developed by the National SEND Employment Forum these videos are aimed at introducing learners with special educational needs and disabilities (although they are not exclusive to this group) to an array of jobs and sectors.
My Employment Passport
My Employment Passport, winner of the CDI's Post-16 Career Programme of the Year 2022, is a 30-module course that raises the employment aspirations for young people with additional needs whilst inspiring their teachers, tutors, supporters, parents, and future employers too.

Developed by Catcote Academy this resource is part of the My Skills My Future programme. It contains a slide deck to showcase the opportunities available at Morrisons and is aimed at both SEND groups and AP/PRU.
Passport to Retail
Developed by Inspiring Worcestershire. Passport to Retail has been designed with the student’s progression at the forefront. This brilliant project will take students on a tour around the Retail industry, learning about key areas from customer services to stock rotation to build their knowledge and skill in preparation for the workplace.
AutonoMe Supported Employment and Independent Living
AutonoMe uses the power of personalised human support combined with technology to enable neurodiverse people and those with learning disabilities to gain employment and develop skills for independent living.
This is a costed resource with possible funding streams identified.
Talentino!
Talentino programmes have been helping to improve career outcomes for young people with a range of learning difficulties in a mixture of settings – special schools, mainstream schools, AP, PRU, SEMH, etc.
They also provide great opportunities for learning more, through their regular newsletters, annual SEND Careers Conference, and by publishing free resources.
