Created by Open Study College, this resource comprises a collection of career guides for those looking to explore their employment options.

This report draws out key insights from some of the employers most involved in careers education across the country, analysing how practice is evolving and what activity is generating impact. It draws on survey data from ninety businesses of different shapes, types, sectors and in each region of England, and analyses their experiences of preparing students for the world of work.

A detailed guide for employers on strategies to support employees who are neurodiverse. Evidence based ideas and suggested adjustments so that all employees can thrive and add value to their workplace.

Developed by the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTI). This resource is focused on employing people with a mental health condition, a learning disability and/or autistic people.

Developed from the original Toolkit from the Gatsby Foundation, this toolkit is based on research exploring how institutions can best support parents to help young people make informed careers and education decisions. It includes colour coded identifiers to help you find the right support, wherever you are on your parental engagement journey. 

As part of The Gatsby Foundation’s work supporting parents to have careers conversations, ‘The Making of…’ films were produced, showing that as a parent, you don’t have to understand the detail of every careers in order to give your child the support they need.
