People on Work showcases people talking about their relationship with their work. Our YouTube channel already features over 150 interviews with people from all walks of life answering our “3 Golden Questions”:

Not only is our channel a resource to view content, we are also very keen to create more content in partnership with schools. We ask schools to contact alumni and ask for volunteers to be interviewed. By building a school specific “playlist” within our channel careers leads and teachers can easily point pupils towards content featuring former students which is highly impactful. We have an introduction film here:
We hope that young people will make much bolder career decisions after engaging with our content and ultimately we feel our channel will help drive social mobility.
