Upskill Me is a multipurpose tool enabling students to build a digital record of their achievements (both academic and extracurricular), learn about and develop in-demand soft skills, and find live opportunities to help them become better prepared for the world after school. Each students’ portfolio can be downloaded or shared into a job or UCAS application via a sharable link.

We facilitate Gatsby benchmarks 5, 6 and 7 through our opportunities portal and skills for life videos (made in collaboration with top entrepreneurs), and maximise the benefits of each encounter by prompting students to do detailed reflections on all their activities and enrichment, so they understand how they’ve grown and articulate it in UCAS statements of job applications.
The digital platform gives teachers a more accessible view of their students’ activities and development, and our gamified points system provides a qualitative metric to track engagement with your school’s careers provision, as well as access to individual student reflections, to help teachers provide personalised guidance and support.
