Talking Futures: Activities for Students

These activities are designed to help students initiate conversations and understand the role their parents can play in their decision making. By adding a homework task to a presentation or activity you already have planned, such as the one in the Student Careers Presentation below, you can instantly add the opportunity for parents to be involved in careers education. 

Some students need the confidence to discuss their career preferences with their parents and activities such as the Careers Conversation activity, help to build this, and give them the motivation to initiate conversations.
