Our Careers Leaders Resources and Training can help you develop your skills to strategically embed careers in the curriculum. There are a number of key resources available to support you, along with a comprehensive free training offer:
- School roadmap/college roadmap – these guide you through each stage of the journey to success as a Careers Leader, providing helpful advice, tips and resources
- School toolkit/college toolkit/SEND toolkit – with accompanying postcard
- Introduction to Careers Leadership online training – this course introduces the essential knowledge and skills that you need to improve career guidance in your school or college
- Benchmark 1 webinars - our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) online training is split into four easy-to-watch modules, each lasting around 60 minutes – each one takes you through all aspects of Gatsby Benchmark 1 and include links to resources to support progress.
Face-to-face Careers Leader training
Register for your place on our fully funded training for Careers Leaders and receive a £1,000 bursary on completion*. You’ll be able to gain access to a qualification (up to Level 7) to develop your skills, enhance your understanding of the Careers Leader role and make a difference to the lives of young people.
*The £1,000 bursary will be made payable to the school or college on completion.
