My Learning, My Future is a suite of resources that has been developed in partnership with The Careers and Enterprise Company and Skills Builder to help you speak confidently about careers related to your subject as well as the various pathways and skills needed by employers.

Talentino programmes have been helping to improve career outcomes for young people with a range of learning difficulties in a mixture of settings – special schools, mainstream schools, AP, PRU, SEMH, etc.

Developed by the team at the Black Country Careers Hub this resource contains a slide deck and teacher guide for a lesson to raise awareness of careers in the Business Sector with young people with SEND. These resources are featured in the My Skills My Future programme.

This guide is for ‘Careers Leader’ and is to accompany the subject specific My Learning My Future resources. There is also a PowerPoint already scripted to help you deliver a short training session to all staff on how to use these resources.
