Our University Access Tools include a three-step programme that gives school and college students the support, information advice and guidance (IAG) needed to reach a university that’s well suited to them. The programme and suite of resources help students become university-ready, including making a great application to target universities:
- Uni Access Tools takes students through three essential steps: explore, stretch and apply.
- Each step is broken down into bite-sized modules, which students can work through on their own or with help from teachers.
- Students can follow the steps in order, skip ahead if already confident with the earlier steps, or dip in and out of resources to use them at different points.

- Teachers and Careers Leaders can direct students to the ReachUni programme for independent self-guided information, guidance and study.
- Students have exposure to university-style learning through RBCs, as well as a suite of resources for helping them progress to higher education – supporting your progress in Benchmark 7.
- Use ReachUni to raise aspirations by demystifying the higher education application process.
