Amazing Apprenticeships is a small team with a big mission. They offer help to educators, employers and students navigate the fast-changing world of apprenticeships.

DMA Talent’s Neurodiversity Initiative has worked alongside experts, brands and leading industry figures, some with neurodevelopmental conditions themselves, to define best practice and develop a forum where businesses can discuss neurodiversity.

To help employers understand dyslexia, how to treat employees as individuals, and how to make reasonable adjustments for them so they can thrive in the workplace, we’ve collaborated alongside the DM Trust and specialists to create a detailed guide.

EmployAbility Leisure is an initiative by Aspire (EmployAbility Leisure) to create more accessible and inclusive training and workplace environments for disabled people in the fitness and leisure sector. Evidence-based guidance published as a result for disabled people, training providers and employers is available for free, instant download here.

Futurum Careers is a free online resource and magazine aimed at introducing 14-19-year-olds worldwide to the world of work in STEM (science, tech, engineering, maths, medicine) and SHAPE (social sciences, humanities and the arts for people and the economy). We collaborate with academics all over the world and translate their research into education and careers resources that can be used in the classroom, at home and in STEM and SHAPE clubs.

‘Globally Responsible Careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics’ (GRC-STEM) – will help the growing number of job-seekers looking for employment with organisations that prioritise sustainable and ethical concerns.

This online resource asks each individual a series of questions concerning:

1. their personal requirements from a career and considering their interests in science and technology;
2. the type of work they are interested in; and
3. their ethical concerns, bearing in mind the global issues that face society.

Developed by Bam Nuttal this is an employer project which features in the My Skills My Future programme and is around renewable energy.  Targeted at Career SEND Group 2 this activity is suitable for those typically likely to take GCSE or Level 2 equivalent qualifications.
